Why is #BitcoinKnots setting the "spam filter" on transactions to >46 bytes? by default!?

The current status is 80 bytes right?

I understand some people wanting to filter out >80 , but going all the way to >46 is just breaking things that do no harm currently.

strange

It is all a bit confusing for a non techie like me, also core has the majority of developers compared to knots, so is knots not to be seen as “too centralized?”

If not accepting the core developers “open spam filter” is stepping over to knots really a better option? I run my own start9 node
