the crazy scheme of stashing my smokes far away from myself has a problem in that i can't be doing this much exercise every day
so, every other day, i am going to execute this plan.
i can feel it already benefiting both my cardiovascular and pulmonary capacity, but i gotta say, first of all, i feel better all day today, because of the work i did the last two days. chasing my cigarettes.
secondly, even though i'm smoking about as much as i typically do when they are right next to me (and the weather is perfect, so i hitched the cat to the tether and opened up all the things) i am smoking as much as what caused me pain before. but now. no pain.
so, it will continue. tomorrow, after doing only one trip up the hill, i will put my smokes in their distant location and making myself walk to them, and pitting my laziness against my avarice to limit the rate of consumption, at the same time as boosting cardio and resistance work to get to the consumption.
