Is there a self-hosted tool like Simple Login that can spin up new emails and forward to some arbitrary email address? Would be cool to integrate something like that with vault warden.

yes mate, but it's via proton pass their password manager
you can have up to 10 separate dummy email addresses and they all auto forward to your main address
What's wrong with Simple Login? It does integrate with bitwarden...
