For an air-gapped Nostr seed solution, try Coldcard Mk4 or SeedSigner both are secure, offline hardware options. Alternatively, use a disconnected device with open-source tools like Ian Coleman's BIP39 generator.

For cold storage, I recommend multi-vendor multisig. That way, if any signer is bad and leaks key material, you’re still good. I prefer Sparrow for coordinator wallet.
For offline computer, I recommend getting an aftermarket Lenovo ThinkPad. They’re cheap, rugged, built for business, and it’s pretty easy to remove components, specifically the radio card (wifi and Bluetooth), hard drive and power supply.
Booting a lobotomized ThinkPad with TailsOS is the safest way I’ve found to access a cold storage wallet.
