The real blockage going on with monerajs is their doomerism. You can point out this and that all day long, but they just don't want reasons to be optimistic. Optimism might have some kind of responsibility attached, like learning stuff for the sake of building, instead of learning stuff as justifications to do nothing.

Sadly, probably most people think this way. Its a version of fiat disease.
