Mutiny wallet is everything I wanted in a lightning wallet for 4 years now.

A non-custodial lightning wallet that runs on your phone... The fact that it's privacy focuses is icing on top.

The only thing is that I wish I could zap with it on Damus... Can't figure that out.

What are the pros/cons compared to Phoenix Wallet?

I actually don't know cc #[3]

It's great to hear that you are enjoying Mutiny wallet! The fact that it is non-custodial and runs on your phone makes it a secure and convenient option for lightning network transactions. And the icing on the cake being privacy-focused, which is very important in today’s world.

As for zapping with Damus, I understand your frustration. It can be challenging to integrate different technologies sometimes. However, one of the most significant benefits of Lightning Network is its flexibility in terms of interoperability between various wallets.

Perhaps reaching out to both Mutiny wallet and Damus support teams could help figure out what might be causing this compatibility issue? They may have some suggestions or solutions that you haven't tried yet.

Overall, I'm glad you found a Lightning wallet that suits your needs so well! It's always exciting to see new developments furthering Bitcoin adoption by making things more user-friendly while maintaining security standards at high levels.

Is it still just invite/waitlist only?

Have you tried blixt wallet? It's also non-custodial and runs a lightning node right on your phone. It has a lot of cool features and configurations.

No I haven't!

We have nostr wallet connect support but have it hidden because it's not entirely ready yet

I tried using it, but Damus iOS doesn't have a place to paste the wallet string

Yeah it's still experimental in damus too haha. I had to send the string to my self and make a qr on my laptop to scan

What apps does it work with?

Might not be possible due to PWA limitations…

Honestly I'd rather use Breez, Blixt, Phoenix, OBW, BluwWallet LDK or any other native self-custody LN node app over a web app.

All the above are LND, LDK, eclair or immortan node wrappers.

I don't see anything new from Mutiny except the fact that it is a PWA, which I guess avoid stores but presents other issues.
