I block the word "bitcoin" here and there. After blocking, if my feed feels empty thats a sign that I haven't done a good enough job curating who I follow. If more than 10 to 15% of the posts I see relate to bitcoin thats a sign that I have more work to do.
If you don't like Bitcoin, but still like Nostr, here's one simple trick to remove the vast majority of Bitcoin content!
