Tesla destination chargers (Type2 slow charging) should work with the Atto3. Canberra looks like it has a lower density of chargers than the UK, but this will improve. Download the Plugshare App , set it for your vehicle type and it will show you all the suitable chargers.
I've never had a problem finding diesel.
The diesel recharging network is pretty good.
