is there a kind for music content? would it make sense to have a kind for music, with metadatas, maybe also a way to create splits, integrated on nostr? #asknostr

as far as I know there is none...

this would allow the proliferation of music distribution front-ends. We could also have dedicated relays and integrate a redistribution system probably based on bitcoin lightning.

Is there a way to create smart contracts on lightning network?? ^^

not exactly, i am talking about a standard kind, if don't go wrong if you post something on nostr:npub1h8gzew8am6cezuq7cpjgudldra40hgnruqrqlsrqnxnzs5wjtczqztps02 it won't show up on nostr:npub1yfg0d955c2jrj2080ew7pa4xrtj7x7s7umt28wh0zurwmxgpyj9shwv6vg

If you upload to wavlake it will show up in fountain. You can do artist splits on wavlake

why not on tunestr?

A kind for music would make sense

Another sensible option would be agreed-on data formatting standards for the NIP-54 wikis that let them be used as an index for various types of data, such as song titles, artist names, album names, YouTube links, BitTorrent infohashes, nevent codes for nostr posts where artists posted songs on nostr, etc

Sadly when I started trying to make something like that happen, fiatjaf responded by breaking the NIP-54 wikis with asciidoc
