How many years is it's rotation?
In the time it took scientists to discover Pluto, classify it as a planet for 76 years, revoke its planet status, reconsider its planetary status, explore it with a space mission, and capture its best images, Pluto still hasn't completed a full orbit around the Sun.

The rotation is ~1 earth week
The revolution is ~250 earth years
So a day is a week and it takes 250 years to travel..
Do you think time is slower on pluto?
Funnily, time would actually pass faster on Pluto as time is slowed by the presence of gravity.
Pluto, having much less mass and thus gravity than earth, and experiencing less gravity from the sun due to its extreme distance, would actually experience faster time. Imperceptibly faster, but measurably faster.
