some pretty well-dressed guy with a scarf covering his face walked in front of my car on main street (not at the crosswalk), gave me the finger, and started punching the hood and windshield of my car on the passenger side where my wife was…very strange…
what would you have done?
No way to know if he’s armed, better to avoid if you have people in the car.
