Pretty much what the op included I guess.

You can load up your nsec and scroll through your feed one by one, liking and zapping, maybe a few canned messages.

Unless you add some other input options like dictation, or a camera for reading qr codes. (An air gapped wallet that looks like this that can double as a 'toilet zapper' would be really fun though.... Oh wait, if it's refreshing feed then I guess it's not really airgapped.)
