When I finally quit for real & got my life back I had to stop drinking for a month.

After a month I was able to resist even after having a beer or 2

Im not that sure for myself, but never going to stop trying. Clown who's always failing to quit is better than compliant slave.

I mayby need to quit my wife for month or two, im sure it will be so hard to resist when she's smoking 😄

Last time i started again after ~2-3 months on nicotine products and ~2-3 months without anything. Then i drink way too many beers 😂
