I usually train Monday-Tuesday-Thursday-Friday and do team training on Saturday. Walking on Wednesdays and Sundays.

BUT... Aging comes at a price. More naps, more protein and more rest is required.

I see a lot of Nostr peeps walking and doing challenges...it's so inspiring!
