So i posted a listing via amethyst. Someone saw this on Shopstr, and claim they paid through the shopstr.store site
But none of that communication went through to me and I've received no funds. This person now feel they been scammed.
I can't control for anything of this as I have no data available except for what I was told by this person. But I think this is worthy some feedback.
When did this happen? We were assiting someone with something similar that happened a couple days ago believing it was a scam but we helped refund them and fixed the bug that was found to potentially be causing this issue, also confirming to them that it was not a scam but an issue on our end (this might be related).
