Very nice! We have the same knife. Ha. I’ve noticed with the bio char and compost that the vegetables are retaining all of their flavor the last couple years even after weeks of constant rain. When I first put the garden in the carrots, leeks and parsnips flavor would diminish after the heavy rains. The biology heals!
