Coffee is def more of a specialty thing, I wouldn’t think that’d be a beginner plant. Also, coffee to my knowledge doesn’t grow well in the zone. I’d go for tomatoes and cucumbers (plant end of April outside) and then lettuces later in spring. Hard to screw up tomatoes and cucumbers as a start.
