When does hashrate drop? Lots of miners running at a loss?

I have been tracking this every day on Bitcoin And . . . Podcast and I ask the same damn question every day.
There has been ZERO miner capitulation near as I can tell.
It makes sense that state sponsored miners can keep going. But you would think the publicly traded miners would start to have issues. And a lot of small private miners should be feeling pain.
Very odd.
