We have crossed the event horizon into the debt death spiral of the dollar. It was always inevitable but the last 4 years have moved total collapse up a couple of decades. It doesn't matter who is in there. The dollar and all FIAT is fucked.

If you wanted to save fiat you would have to plunge the economy into depression through massive austerity measures for a decade. No political could A win on austerity they have to promise to buy voters and do what your handlers say. Even if someone tried to pop it on america after being elected they would be out in 4 years or sooner.

Our only hope is to try to transition to bitcoin as smoothly as possible. This will destroy large governments. Thank God. The early adopters ie anyone buying BTC now or over the next few years will become the rich the longer you hold out the worse you will fair.

Bitcoin as a strategic reserve will only be destroyed buy future large government and maybe slow the collapse of large government. But people won't except the taxes that we actually pay if it wasn't hidden in debt and money printing.
