At 4am a group of armed leftists used a van to ram the gates of a defence contractor and in the ensuing attack 2 police were injured with a sledgehammer.

A police chief has said that he didn't send officers to arrest a large armed mob because he'd spoken to community leaders who'd promised to 'police' themselves. That mob attacked multiple people and left one man with a lacerated liver.

2 police chiefs have started public statements using a common Islamic greeting, one of them was surrounded by 'community leaders' in scenes reminiscent of some of those beheading videos.

The government have told people that they may face prison time for sharing videos of the riots.

There have been growing calls from leftists in the media and government to have twitter banned.

In my home town the police have been enforcing a narrative of impending riots, encouraging businesses to close.

I have since heard the same from a friend in Penzance, in Cornwall.
