Very true. We have information systems, not intelligent systems.

The problem is that there is a lot of money trying to invest in AI and calling it IT just doesn't inspire people to open their wallets in the same way.

Same applies with Quantum computing. A lot of money chasing a dream with no delivery, but many people willing to take the money and spend it on salaries.
