Yes. And even if it turns out they just forgot, I am still charged a dispute fee when I win the case

they asked for my marriage certificate once, because I was sending money too often to my wife.
I eventually bent the knee and probably lost my inner peace forever
Citibank emailed to tell me they closed my creditcard and sent me a letter asking me to open a new account.
I was a good client for them from 2013 never missed a payment.
I called them and told them they could have just froze my account but by closing it, it hurt my fico score.
I told them it was clear they did not give a shit about me as a client and i would never do business with them again.
And they should buy #bitcoin, they are going to need it.
Credit cards are like an STD you get when you're in an abusive toxic relationship with a bank.
