Applying to jobs today, and I came to a few conclusions:

1) I fucking hate Workday. Worst job application experience ever. They should just burn it down and start from scratch.

2) Forcing everyone to racially identify themselves on job applications hits differently now. We should probably just go to racially blind applications. 🤷‍♂️
