4 lbs of elderberries tonight! And another 6 or so in thefreezers. Good picking! I normally make syrup but Im thinking of trying a batch of wine but have never tried that. Any advice? I guess ill be buying a lot of sugar.... 😵
We're freezing ours now and may try wine.
It does look like a whole lot of sugar 😳
