You guys should consider providing us patients with referrals to "Sleep Specialists" considering how important proper rest or sleep is prior to vaccination shots, and post and pre-surgery,etc.

The specialists should have particular knowledge in some of the following areas:

1. Proving Sleep Apnea Tests

2. Beta Amyloid Spinal Test

3. Heart Rate Variability Test

4. Sleep Owl or Lark Verification

5. Sleep Amplifiers And Proper Use

6. Sleep App.. Suggestions Such As Ora Rings,, etc.
