To be fair, I don't actually know. I know in the past that they have said that they will block non-OFAC compliant transactions. And that they do actively work with chain analysis. So my assumption is yes, but proponents of Wasabi will probably claim no.

Any evidence of them actually doing it? I remember looking for code in their GitHub repository for their coordinator but couldn’t find anything related to filtering for sanctioned UTXOs. Doesn’t mean they aren’t actually running different code on their end though.

I would have to dig through old Twitter posts, but yes, there is evidence.
