Vitor why foss edition doesn't have notificaton and translation? Do you need some some component of google play services?

Moves the UI framework from material2 to material3, while trying to keep most of our design intact. Keep an eye out for UI glitches.

Google services are not supported on Foss editions.
There is a feature request (with bounty?) to introduce a general notification api (translation?) in amethyst and plug in to a Foss notification service for Foss editions.
Somebody has to build it 🤭
