3. Convince the population to forfeit their physical power (unbounded supply of watts) for abstract power (bounded supply of votes) using moral pretenses

If they use kinetic power call it violent

If they use electric power, call it bad for the environment

4. Take advantage of their high benefit-to-cost ratio of Attack, as they are physically defenseless but have resources you can now control.
