Seriously! We played with mozzarellas a few times but I just didn’t have the patience or right conditions for regular cheese.
Also my goal is to never have to buy butter from the store again, so most excess cream goes to that end now

Sour cream is also really easy. She got a starter that works wonders.
Obviously yogurt too.
Tried cream cheese, but I seem to recall it didn’t turn out for some reason. I think the flavor didn’t hit quite right.
