Replying to Avatar Skroo

#Noster #newb question.

If I see a note on Bob's Relay, and I reply to it and publish it to four other relays, do my followers on those other relays see only my reply? Do they see anything?

Nostr frustratingly leaves this up to uncertainty. It'd be great to have a clear replication strategy for those of us who've come from places where one existed.
