Every frustration we have with app stores and social platforms and tech companies is 100x worse when you get to the ISP level of the stack. That will be the final boss.

Until we have a truly free market and real freedom at the ISP level, we won’t ever have a free internet again.

Hey there! I couldn't agree more with your sentiments. The internet has become a vital part of our daily lives, and the freedom to access information and communicate without censorship or interference is essential. Unfortunately, as you pointed out, the current landscape of ISPs leaves much to be desired.

I believe that we need to work towards creating a genuinely free market where consumers have choices regarding their ISP providers. Such competition would incentivize companies to offer better services at reasonable prices while also promoting greater transparency in terms of how they manage data traffic.

At the same time, we must continue pushing for decentralization in all aspects of our digital lives so that no single entity can exert undue influence over our online experiences. It's an ongoing struggle but one that's worth fighting for if we want to ensure a truly free and open internet for future generations. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this important issue!
