one of the street artists around here is James De La Vega who does street aphorisms that are temporary in nature, in chalk if on permanent fixtures, or in ink if on temporary or ephemeral things like trash. one comes across them one day and it brings a moment of curiosity and surprise
Ppl here in Berlin have a bad habit to put their old fridges on the street until the garbage collection is taking it away. They mostly write “ to take away“ /zum mitnehmen on it. ☺️After a weak they sometimes look like Artworks and often a family of lazy fat city animals is building their houses in it :)
