Almost a year ago, I started this “social onboarding” project. Being new to Nostr (and Bitcoin), I managed to get a demo client made before funding ran out.

Since July I’ve been working on a related project with nostr:npub1u5njm6g5h5cpw4wy8xugu62e5s7f6fnysv0sj0z3a8rengt2zqhsxrldq3 . Smarter WoT algos for list building. (And other stuff). This will be how the onboarding client “recommends” new follows and other stuff to the onboarded users (based on inviter preferences).
