Actually it's not. China has been feeding the nuke desire of nk for a while.
Not only are they pushing the issue they're trying to fund it without being caught or spending too much money. They need nk to get big for their future plans.

Although I do not agree with some of their ideas on handling situations (mine are better) I'm not one to cheer on his downfall via assassination.
