Halving the value of your dollars in half the time (or something like that), has store of value written all over it.
Probs should put that on a Hallmark card
Donāt ask why 2%, ask why not 3%.
Why not 5?
The economy is like a turd circling the bowl, and the central bank has already flushed the toilet. They are hoping to accelerate the inevitable. The sooner they can evacuate their mess better.
At some point we could even go to 50% inflation,: then you know they are actively pushing the turd down with the plunger.
