I thought I was being clever. I seasons my beef shin and attempted to slow roast it in the air frier (has worked ok in the past), I baseded it, I crossed my fingers and I’m very glad no one else is relying on this for dinner. I ruined my #steakstr. But then, just thinking of it as jerky and in that case, not too bad. #grownostr
