And also it comes down to who owns that Gensler ghost, it for sure ain’t the SEC!
Nothing in this is automatic, Greyscale would have to drag it through the courts
Not very well informed nor intelligent writing
But we’ll have to see how the day plays out of course!
Of course it's not automatic approval, but the SEC's options for deferral and disapproval are running out and the pressure on them is mounting. At some point they will have no more useful moves and all ETFs will be approved.
That is for sure! But for today it can go both ways in turns of sentiment
