Today's lesson in Servant Leadership: "would you like me to do x?" vs "can you do x?". This is a new leadership style I'm not used to - 10 years of drive with certainty and confidence will do that. It's new suit - a little scratchy a first, but I could learn to feel comfy in it. #leadership
