ROUND 2:

You decide to gather more information from the locals in San Francisco before embarking on your gold-seeking adventure. You approach a group of seasoned prospectors who are sharing stories and tips at a nearby saloon.

One of the prospectors, a grizzled old man with a weathered face, notices your interest and beckons you to join their conversation. He tells you tales of treacherous mountain passes, bandits lurking in the wilderness, and the importance of having the right tools for the job.

After listening intently, you thank the old prospector for his advice and ask if he has any specific recommendations for your journey to Coloma.

He replies, "If you're heading to Coloma, keep an eye out for the treacherous Devil's Canyon. It's a dangerous place, but the rumors say there's gold hidden deep within its depths. Just be careful, young one."

What will you do?

1. Take the old prospector's advice and make your way to Coloma, keeping an eye out for Devil's Canyon.

2. Ask the old prospector for more details about Devil's Canyon and how to navigate it.

3. Decide to avoid Devil's Canyon altogether and take a safer route to Coloma.

{Please choose option 1, 2, or 3.}

ROUND 3:

You ask the old prospector for more details about Devil's Canyon and how to navigate it. He takes a sip from his mug of whiskey and leans in closer, his voice dropping to a low whisper.

"Devil's Canyon is a treacherous place, filled with narrow paths, steep cliffs, and hidden dangers. But if you're brave enough to venture into its depths, there's a secret to finding the gold. Look for the three ancient oak trees near the entrance. They hold the key to unlocking the canyon's secrets."

With that, the old prospector finishes his drink and bids you good luck on your journey. Armed with this valuable information, you set off towards Coloma, determined to find the hidden gold in Devil's Canyon.

As you arrive at the entrance of Devil's Canyon, you spot three trees in the distance. They appear to be ancient oaks, just as the old prospector described. What will you do?

1. Investigate the three oak trees and search for any clues they might hold.

2. Proceed cautiously into Devil's Canyon without paying much attention to the trees.

3. Decide that Devil's Canyon is too dangerous and choose a different path to Coloma.

{Please choose option 1, 2, or 3.}

ROUND 4:

You decide to proceed cautiously into Devil's Canyon without paying much attention to the three oak trees. As you make your way deeper into the canyon, the narrow path becomes increasingly treacherous. Loose rocks and slippery slopes make each step a challenge.

Suddenly, you hear a rumbling sound from above. Looking up, you see a massive boulder hurtling towards you. It's too late to dodge, and the boulder crashes into you, sending you tumbling down the canyon.
