If monero was a threat wouldn't they try to ban it too? Clearly it ain't all that and mixing services are more of a pain.

When was the last time you looked at CEX?
Monero has aready been banned from almost all CEX.
So where are people buying monero, if P2P bitcoin orderbooks are already so dry XMR can't be too liquid either? I did a check and majority of XMR volume comes form CEX, primary KuCoin
And if it were banned from all CEXs where's the demand and liquidity going to come from?
From where it belongs, in P2P DEX's.
I don't remember the last time i bought something in a CEX..
Only dumb people use CEX's
Well if the goal is to be a fringe network then sure, no problem there!
But are you an idiot or just pretending?
What was Bitcoin made for?
Wasn't it to be a fringe network and not need third parties to transact?
Wasn't it to have a circular economy that empowers users and not the system?
It's because there are idiots who think that Bitcoin has become a tool of the system.
Why are you so emotional?
NOT relying on centralized gatekeepers to provide access to freedom tech is a feature, not a bug
