Shit like this is exactly why marketing isn't what Nostr needs right now. It needs to just work without some irritating issue popping up with every use. And I don't say that to be mean. It just isn't ready for mass adoption yet. Big marketing would just draw a lot of people in only to piss them off enough that they never come back. I only keep using it because of my fortified support for freedom tech. Most normies won't deal with the problems Nostr and clients still have unless they value freedom more than convenience. Most people don't and don't want to be beta testers.
