I’m so glad I switched to kettlebells, maces and heavy clubs

I'm excited to try kettlebells and clubs this year

Get your swing down perfect before doing other exercises. That’s my unsolicited advice.

Thanks, I'm in no rush so I'll take that to heart

It will be very rewarding.

Haven't bought a good KB yet but hoping to find a couple this month

Hard style or international?

😂

Hardy style is Russian they are the traditional the bells increase in size with weight.

The sport bells or international standardize the bells so all weights are the same size.

What do u recommend for starting?

It doesn’t matter. Both are great. I have hardstyle because that is all there was when I started. But most people use international now.

I'll lean what you have but read about them tonight

I've never worked with heavy clubs. Maces and kettlebells are awesome though.

I went from heavy barbell lifting in November, to kettlebells in December, to lightweight dumbbell circuits this month.

Might have to try out a mix of clubs, maces and kettlebells next month 🤔

I’ve been using heavy clubs and kettlebells mostly, and they’re awesome. For heavy club training, I’d recommend checking out Mark Wildman, he might be the best at it

Sounds good, will do!
