Did you get an answer? Try pasting it somewhere else to make sure it should paste. Which app are you on?

Thanks Mark… I don’t know how to scan the wallet if I’m on the app lol
Shouldn’t need to scan it if you’ve pressed the copy button. Once you do, paste should work. Have you done each of those?
