I didn't know until recently oats were a scam... I thought they were healthy

Yup that’s the scam… everybody thinks they’re healthy and thriving on their grains

Reality is that they never really thrived in their life

Opt out and study fiat food

Try to eat them not too often raw

I think everybody reacts different to them. If you’re feeling good and you enjoy them, sure why not.

I just try to focus on meat, eggs, raw milk, raw honey, sourdough and fruit
