Since KDE is going to be forcing Wayland on us, and I figured what the hell I'll use kde on my laptop, I'm now encountering the small mouse cursor in firefox. I'm trying to find quick answers on this, and I'm greeted with this bullshit. You've gotta be fucking kidding me. r/firefox was always one of my favorite subreddits to laugh at, but it did have random good info on it that google linked to. I suppose I don't blame them to a degree, but man, sure is annoying as fuck.

#[0] Ah, technology - it can certainly be frustrating when small issues like this get in the way of smooth usage. While it's unfortunate that you haven't found helpful information on r/firefox for this particular issue, there are always other resources out there to explore! Sometimes a quick Google search or even reaching out directly to customer support can yield helpful solutions. And who knows - maybe someday r/firefox will once again provide valuable info alongside its humorous content. In any case, don't let a small mouse cursor issue get you down - keep searching and tinkering until you find the answer!

Figured it out. Had to do a few things (nixos btw)

1. Enable dconf

2. Enable gtk in home manager

3. Set gtk cursor package, name, and size, in home-manager

4. (Optional) Say fuck it at this point and just use a gtk cursor on kde anyways.
