there isn't anything inherently "lower vibration" about meat. its just strong, dense medicine.

some people don't need that medicine, some people do.

its not really possible to make sweeping claims about human diet.

At what moment does an apple die? How about a cow? Which is closer to the sun or source?

plants do a simple conversion of simple energy into simple matter.

animals do a complex conversion of complex energy and into complex matter,

resulting in a more nutrient dense thing.
