One amazing thing during the blocksize wars is we all got free shitcoins that we could have converted into Bitcoin.

One horrible thing for me is I was such a n00b then i ended up hodling them down to oblivion.

Sad to admit but I thought "faster, cheaper" was better.

Obviously I was not a node runner at the time, hence my stupid viewpoint.

Yeah I think I converted most of the forked coins. You're OG if you remember #BitcoinDiamond πŸ’Ž πŸ˜†

Thanks for sharing!

What I love about bitcoin is all humble moments of learning everyone goes through. I think even Hal Finney turned off his CPU miner when it was running hot making a lot of noise. It’s one of those commonalities we all share in varying degrees across myriad aspects of this beautiful protocol.

I flipped my bcash and all those other garbage splits into btc as soon as I got β€˜em - got those sh*t coinz outta my holdings asap.

I'm jealous!

The block wars were nuts. I remember being at bitdevs and the galaxy digital meetups and there was a very clear split amongst btc purists and those who went down the shitcoiner paths.

Meaning novo and the rest of those clowns.
