Other countries have had Bitcoin ETFs for a while.

The American securites and exchange commission has just been weirdly dragging their feet for years, so it was a lot of drama.

Germany doesn't allow single-component ETFs, as that makes a market too easy to manipulate, but I think Canada has one.
