I think the pissing match between the two is dumb. So much could be achieved with both projects working together for the liberty of people
The market is focused on store of value at this stage. We will not increase the Bitcoin supply to infinity.

There's no reason to. I wasn't implying that. The two work separately for different purposes. One is just easier to achieve privacy by default.
and if you know the circulating supply at any given point in time
how is it "infinite?"
