Is there a noatr greeter client? Like it only shows people who posted once within the last X amount of time?

About the closest thing I’ve seen is Nostr.wine’s welcome relay that only shows posts from new users.

Nos.social has a lit of features to control what you see. Not sure if they offer what you looking for but i know it has a lot of things 🤷🏽♀️
